Overpriced and low quality

The material is of low quality giving it a very bad look and feel. Compared to high price, the usability is totally zero. The covering does not fit on the cup as it is too small.

It feels nice in hand

I bought the brown color mug recently and it looks very aesthetic. It feels good in hand and I love it. But I think, while making the mug, some amount of plastic is used. It feels like it is way too smooth to be totally made from bio stuff.
